Infrastructure & Deployment

Built and managed Linux server environments, from operating-system installation through application deployment and administration. Configured web servers, databases and supporting services using direct installations and Docker containers.

Software & Physical Systems

Connect software with electrical controls and equipment. Independently designed, wired and built an automated irrigation system, wrote its controller software, and implemented valve operation, flow measurement and remote management.

Product Development

Creator and owner of RUDA Forensics. Designed and built its interface, backend services, database and transaction-data integrations, including investigation workflows, visual tracing, graph analysis and findings presentation.

Business Applications & Automation

Lead Management. Designed and built multiple custom lead-management systems for clients and my own business, combining databases, spreadsheets and automation to support lead handling and sales operations. Developed a dedicated application for an international sales team.

Participation & Revenue Sharing. Designed and built a separate, fully automated participation-tracking and revenue-sharing system for the same team. Applied the Pareto principle to establish participation benchmarks and automate revenue-share adjustments.

Property Management. Developed property-management software for a portfolio of five apartment buildings totaling 295 residential units.

Evidence-Processing Software

Designed and built DLX (Decentralized Lexicon). Developed Python tools for evidence indexing, text extraction, validation, chronology generation and archive audits, producing compact, source-linked research packages for AI-assisted investigation.

IPFS Access & Gateway Failover

Designed and implemented automated IPFS gateway failover in JavaScript, testing three alternative access URLs in each visitor’s browser and presenting the first working link. Investigated regional failures through geographically distributed DNS testing; no further access complaints were reported after deployment.

Communications & Security Software

Designed protocols and developed security and multi-device communications software, including integration and testing. Current work includes a proprietary communications protocol.

Engineering Software

Developed a power-distribution monitoring application to identify failover-capacity risks and support load redistribution.

Document & Evidence Analysis

Examine legal documents, correspondence and other records to establish events, compare accounts and identify discrepancies. Produce source-linked evidence summaries and chronologies, distinguishing documented facts from interpretations and unresolved questions.

Electronic Discovery & Subpoena Response

Prepared a subpoena response for New York Supreme Court proceedings, using AI-assisted searches to review archived communications against the requested criteria. Documented the review process, assembled responsive materials and prepared a signed, notarized supporting affidavit. Submitted the response following attorney review.

Blockchain Transaction Analysis

Trace cryptocurrency transfers, examine transaction relationships and document the movement of funds. Developed RUDA Forensics to support visual tracing, graph analysis and the presentation of investigative findings.

Evidence Organization & Integrity

Developed DLX to index and process evidence while preserving original files, recording integrity hashes and maintaining exhibit references. Generate searchable research material and consolidated chronologies that remain linked to the underlying evidence.

Verification & Review

Cross-check research against source records, reconcile inconsistencies and document missing evidence and uncertainties. Maintain source references and a documented revision history to support verification and correction of findings.

Workflow Design

Develop repeatable procedures for AI-assisted software development, research and document preparation. Define tasks, permitted actions and review requirements, separating implementation from independent verification.

Source Preparation & Context

Organize extracted text, summaries and chronologies in DLX to allow AI to work with the relevant context while original records remain available for reference.

AI-Assisted Investigation

Designed AI-assisted workflows in RUDA Forensics to help investigators trace transactions, examine patterns and prepare findings. Defined how AI assistance connects with investigation tools and how proposed actions are reviewed before changes are made.

Network Segmentation & Remote Access

Designed and configured networks using VLAN segmentation and firewall policies to separate equipment and control traffic. Implemented DNS filtering and sinkholing to block unwanted domains. Encrypted VPN access for remote administration.

Designed and administered network infrastructure spanning Cat5/Cat6 copper cabling, fiber links, switches and uplinks. Managed bandwidth allocation and prepared installation specifications for electrical contractors.

Privacy Architecture & Development

Designed privacy architecture that separates account authentication, data decryption, disclosure consent and recovery, so restoring account access does not automatically unlock encrypted information. Directed development of a privacy-software prototype with encrypted local profiles, disclosure settings, locking and encrypted backup and restore.

Security Software & Communications

Developed security software and password-management tools to protect data and communications. Designed and implemented communications protocols. Integrated, field-tested and deployed multi-device communications software for a lead-management operation. Now developing a proprietary communications protocol for private, reliable information exchange.

Camera Networks

Designed camera networks, prepared technical drawings and specifications, and coordinated installation work. Installed security systems for clients and provided subcontract consultation. Experience includes network cabling, IP cameras, configuration and troubleshooting.

Access Controls & Custom Hardware

Designed door-control systems and fabricated custom components for physical-security installations. Designed, built and demonstrated a working door-controller hardware proof of concept.

Business Ownership & Operations

Established and operated independent businesses, combining responsibility for business operations with hands-on product development, technical delivery and ongoing support.

Team Leadership

Led a 35-member international sales team working flexible schedules, with many members contributing alongside full-time employment. Designed and implemented a participation-based incentive system suited to that working arrangement (see below).

Incentive Design & Automation

Applied the Pareto principle to establish a benchmark from the time commitment and revenue contribution of the highest-performing 20%. Automated participation assessment and revenue-share adjustments, rewarding greater participation with higher revenue shares. The model substantially increased team participation.

Critical Infrastructure

Held operational responsibility for critical power, heating, cooling and building systems, including equipment maintenance, fault diagnosis, first-line emergency response and contractor coordination. At AT&T data centers, responsibilities included four incoming 12.5 kV power feeds, 480 V and 12.5 kV distribution and generator switchgear, automatic power-management systems, multiple dual UPS systems and nine standby generators.

Experience includes boilers, chillers, pneumatic HVAC controls, humidification, water treatment, fire and leak detection, plumbing and locksmithing. Maintained cooling towers and water chemistry.

Electrical Design & Installation

Planned and delivered electrical installations for homes, workshops and apartment buildings. Prepared layouts and rough-in drawings, coordinated contractors, and performed installation, maintenance and fault diagnosis. Work included service entrances, generator transfer switches, power distribution, lighting and cable termination.

Prepared scopes of work, cost estimates, quotations and bids for residential and commercial electrical and infrastructure projects, including house and apartment-building rough-ins, restaurants and a distribution facility.

Custom Controls & Parts Fabrication

Designed door-control systems and fabricated custom components on site for commercial door repairs and maglock installations, adapting solutions to different door designs and installation requirements. Finished repairs to blend with the original construction. Built and demonstrated a working hardware proof of concept for a custom door controller.

Residential Adaptations

Translated older clients’ mobility and access requirements into tailored residential adaptations, integrating accessibility, functionality and appearance. Used 3D modeling to develop proposals with clients, refine design details and confirm requirements before construction. Produced architectural and electrical drawings to guide installation.

Hydroponics & Irrigation Automation

Designed, built and operated hydroponic and automated irrigation systems for personal use, integrating plumbing, electrical controls and software. The hydroponic system incorporated separate supply and drainage circuits and nutrient reservoirs for differing plant requirements, with environmental controls and temperature sensing.

Designed the irrigation system’s electrical controls and control-panel layouts, produced electrical diagrams, and developed its controller software. Integrated valve control, flow measurement and timed shutoffs, with remote management to adjust operating settings.

Articles & Public Communication

Authored articles and website content addressing legal disputes, financial issues and institutional accountability. Presented events and arguments for a general audience and provided practical guidance for public participation.

Interviews & Technical Presentations

Presented investigative research through interviews and technical videos, including an interview with Sarah Westall. Demonstrated custom blockchain-forensics software, explained investigative findings, and communicated software-development progress through published YouTube videos.

Research Writing

Developed AI-assisted workflows to generate investigative dossiers and prepare complaint narratives, referral materials and filing guides for federal, state and county authorities. Organized supporting records into source-linked evidence summaries and chronologies, documenting discrepancies and missing evidence while distinguishing findings from interpretations and unresolved questions.

Technical Documentation

Prepared architectural, engineering and electrical drawings, project specifications and installation documentation. Produced floor plans and electrical and mechanical schematics for facilities training.

Delivered nationwide training on the power-distribution monitoring application.
